Shipping Information:

* COVID19 SITUATION* 

Please note that due to Covid19 we are taking extra measure and will be doing weekly drop offs at the postal box to ensure everyone's safety is top priority. If for any reason the postal service changes we will hold your package here until we are able to ship it out. Any questions or concerns please feel free to email us. 

Order Cap: Due to high volume, we can only currently take on a certain number of orders a month. If an order has been placed and we have reached our limit, the order will then be refunded. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please follow our shop page on FB for next order openings. 

Canada & US:

All headwraps are cut to order, meaning the headwrap you choose is made just for you! Orders are processed within 14 business days for all in stock fabrics and 14-20 business days for all pre-sale fabrics and sale events and promos. Please allow a 2-3 business day increase during new releases and sale due to higher volume. 

• We cut all fabrics as the orders come though from the website, if you place an order and we sell out, we will provide you with 2 options.

1. Your choice of a new print or colour

2. Issue a refund for the head wrap

•To avoid disappointment its best to order early as we only carry a limited amount of stock.

• Please include your email address in the shipping info as this makes it easier to contact you if there is any missing info, etc. We do not and will not spend spam emails.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and estimated shipping times will vary depending on your location. Delays with Canada Post are outside our control, meaning delivery times will not be guaranteed by Dear London. Delivery times do not include our processing time.Tracked shipping is highly recommended for all orders. There is risk involved in selecting our standard (letter mail) shipping option, which does not come with tracking or insurance. If your package does not arrive, it is not the responsibility of Dear London to replace it.

Pick Up: 

Local pick up in Westsyde, Kamloops is available. An option will pop up at checkout.

Shipping Policies:

If selected, a tracking number will be provided at the time of shipping. Dear London cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Please contact your local post office for further information regarding custom duties or fees.

Returns & Exchange Info:

Due to the nature of our cut-to-order products, all sales are FINAL. Please measure carefully prior to ordering to ensure you have selected the appropriate size. If you need help with sizing, please do not hesitate to contact us!
